Use Facebook on Mobile without Internet

Considering about a mass users without mobile phones with internet connectivity, Facebook India have tied-up with Fonetwish to let every users reaching at Facebook through the SMS. You won’t have to subscribe for any Data plan.

If you are an Indian, all you have to do is dialing *325# (or *fbk#) from your mobile. After dialing that, you will be needed to enter the Facebook username and password. It will complete the authentication process and you will be then able to access Facebook by sending various commands based on pre-defined numbers. The numbers refer to the commands to use Facebook, chat with Facebook friends, add people at your profile etc.

Uptill Now This facility is only available on Airtel, Tata Docomo, Idea And Aircel in India.

This can be tiresome to read the Facebook news feeds or you have to go for a long way to read a message on your profile. But this is good for sending status updates or chat with your online friends from your old mobile on the go. The pricing also reasonable as it needs a daily One-Rupee subscription.
